Applied Basic Statistics for Quality Improvement.

General description

The course will be a practical approach to using basic statistics for quality improvement. Ishikawa tools, process variability, comparative experiments and design of experiments will be covered in the event.

Role games will be used to connect classroom lessons with business real life. One of the most spread tools for process improvement (Minitab software package) will be taught in deep relation with lectures.

Some curious subjects, as common mistakes made with statistics, will be also covered in the course.
