Recruitment procedure:
The application process differs from whether you are choosing to apply for an internship, a direct entry or a graduate trainee program.
All application processes starts with sending your application or applying online. Your application can be in German or in English. Your application should include a cover letter, your CV, a transcript of records and information about your German skills. After that you might be invited for a telephone interview which could be followed by an invitation to a personal interview with the department you applied for. For the traineeprogramms there are also assessment center and sometimes online tests required.

Additional information:
In the Passenger transport division DB Group transports in its trains and busses Europe-wide over eleven million passengers daily. In the Transport & Logistics division over 400 million tons are transported via rail and around 95 million shipments with land transport annually in our European network.
In our world-wide networks over 1.1 million tons of air freight and over 1.9 TEU of ocean freight are transported.
During the 2013 financial year DB Group posted revenues of about 39.1 billion, and an EBIT of a good 2.2 billion after adjustments for special items.
