Content and topics:
Course on building a quadruped robot that will move with the help of an Arduino microcontroller. It will require a servomotor, a lot of electric wires, and many other components. The program written for the robot will involve C syntax and will be implemented in the Arduino IDE which provides an easy way to write and execute code. Creating the robot with 3D modeling software like Solid Works and creating a design of electrical circuits and components for a microcontroller in Eagle .
Learning goals and objectives:
Understanding the process of building a robot from the ground up and developing skills in designing microcontrollers, creating robotic parts in 3d design software, and programming servos to make the robot move. The course will also develop communication and teamwork skills.
Examination type:
Project with final presentation or evaluation of the final prototype.
