Practical arrangements
All of the following are covered by the event fee:
- Lodging:
- Participants will be hosted in a hostel or student dorms.
- Meals:
- 3 meals per day, at least one hot.
- Transportation:
- Bus and walking. Transportation for all scheduled activities is free of charge.
