Do you want to learn more about solar cells? How they’re made, how they work, and more importantly, how can we use them to change the future? From the 7th to the 20th of August, you can discover the aspects of photonic voltage in the land of the midnight sun.

Content and topics:
Workings of semiconductors and solar cells. Production process from silicone to finished cells. Application in architecture and third world countries.
Learning goals and objectives:
To give the participants a good overview of the challenges concerning the production and application of solar cells.
Examination type:
Written exam (voluntary). Participants will possibly be awarded credits for the course.
