Practical arrangements

All of the following are covered by the event fee:

Lodging:

You will sleep in student dorm (Les Homes du Sart Tilman) in individual bedrooms

Meals:

You will have at least 3 meals a day (one of them will be hot, most of the time 2) Coffee and cookies will enjoy your breaks!

Transportation:

You will most of the time use your feet, and buses/cars to go to the city center
