European BEST Engineering Competition 2016 Final Event

General description

EBEC (European BEST Engineering Competition) 2016 Final Event gathers the top engineering students of Europe, the winners from local, national and regional EBEC rounds conducted by Local BEST Groups during 2015/2016 academic year.

Up to 7000 participants joined 85 local EBEC rounds at their home universities. The winners of those rounds had competed on 15 National or Regional rounds of EBEC. Winners of these rounds got the opportunity to go to the final round of EBEC in Belgrade, Serbia and to compete with the best teams from all across Europe.

120 finalists are expected to be present at the final round of EBEC in Belgrade competing in two categories in parallel: Team Design and Case Study. Participants will work in teams and will use their technical and soft skills knowledge as well cultural awareness and personal creativity.
