Production Management

General description

The Summer Course aims to give participants a broad understanding of modern principles of production management and how they may be applied in industrial enterprises, e.g. through methods for analysis and diagnosis of industrial enterprises and for developing company-specific manufacturing visions. Emphasis will be given to interactive and collaborative teaching methods, overview lectures and industrial visits.
