During this IBS we will discuss Total Quality Management related topics. There will probably be five discussion groups, discussing the following topics:
* DG 1: Student Responsibility
* DG 2: Ethics and Engineering
* DG 3: The European Foundation for Quality Management's model on TQM
* DG 4: Case Study of Total Quality Management on BEST's Summer Courses
* DG 5: "How much organisation is appropriate?"
