"EXPO15: Feeding The Planet" is gonna be in Milan this spring!
And to stay in theme with its topics, we decided to give you guys the chance to study one of the finest products of our beautiful Italia, il vino!
For instance, did you know that in Italy for a wine to be DOC (certified as original) the vineyard can't be watered unless it's dying?
So here's the question: Will our old traditions find the right compromise with the newest technologies??
Would you like to learn more about wine production?
How to smartly use technology to save money and improve the quality of your product? How to build a winery?

- The course will explore the creation of wine, from the field to the production site, with lectures on topics such as precision farming, how to build a winery and non-invasive technologies to analyse the quality of the grape.
