You are probably wondering what M&M is all about. No, it's not about the chocolate candy that we all know and love, it's about Management & Marketing with some sprinkles of personal branding, communication and leadership in between!

This course will give you a glimpse of the skills and of what needs to be done to be a succsessful teamleader, a good manager of a team of engineers and the boss you always wanted to be! We will present you concepts about managerial & communication skills, new product and development marketing, how to treat consumers and clients, about brands and branding, how to brand youself and last but not least how to be an inspiring leader for your team!

Besides the academic part, you will experience the time of your life! You will make a lot of friends from all over Europe, attend cool parties and experience life in a new and beautiful country, Romania, in a cool and crazy city called IASI!

The main objective of our course is to introduce the audience in the world of a manager. During 7 days of lectures, the participants will gain knowledge about new product development, marketing, brands and branding and will also learn about managerial skills, like communication, personal branding and how to deal with different consumers? behaviors.

Lodging:

Students' dormitory.

Meals:

3 meals per day, at least one warm. Expect some traditional Romanian food too!

Transportation:

Transportation will be assured by the organisers (bus) where needed. The trip to the University will be a 5 minute walk from the dorms.
