If you always wanted to know, how to turn the energy, hidden in atomic nuclei into electricity, this is the right course for you. You will learn many new things about nuclear energy and the operation of nuclear power plants.

We also won't make no secrets of topics like the basics of reactor physics, the use of nuclear energy for production of electricity and topics closely related with it like nuclear safety and radioactive waste management, which you will be taught of by well known experts.

On the program is also a visit to the nuclear power plant Krsko and exercises on a research nuclear reactor.
