Typical career for hired engineers

A new hire will directly start with his/her own project, managing planning, resources and responsibilities, under the coaching of his peers. Rapidly, projects and responsibilities will gain in importance, leading, after few years to people management. Changing assignment is very regular (every 2 to 4 years), keeping motivation high, and increasing experience opportunities.

International mobility policy

Mobility at P&G is inherent to its structure: being a multinational present in 70 countries and promoting diversity, everybody is welcome whereever there are opportunities. However, it is always up to the person to decide to move abroad or not, depending on his personal ambitions and private choices.

Recruitment procedure

The information you provide us as part of our online questionnaire tells us about your skills and interests and begins to create a picture of who you are and how you might contribute within our company. The Reasoning Test is the next step along the way for those going forward. This is a verbal reasoning and numeracy test which lasts about 65 minutes. You can download a practice test on our site to familiarise you with the kind of problems you will face, and the speed at which you will need to work. Next, will be a set of interviews. Internal training policy

Learning by doing is the major focus of the training, nothing can be more explicit than practice. Therefore, the first projects starts the first day, with the coaching of colleagues and managers. On top, technical and personal development training are present all along the career, based on regular review of performance and career development interests and needs.
