Are you ready for a BANG?!?!

Just kidding ;) But hey, really... You are going to feel the spark in lectures given by our great professors. Also, interesting trips and practical activity will be unforgettable experience. Lectures are not going to be only in classrooms - we will do some traveling to visit different Estonian-exotic places. While tripping, you will definitely feel the real Estonian karma. During these 2 weeks you will discover all there is to know about energy and YOURSELF. Therefore, do not forget the parties – all of them have a unique theme and some of them have a special dress-code.

Can you feel the Energy BANGing?! To find out what we mean come to Estonia. Before you leave Tallinn you are actually already planning your next trip back ;)

Academic information

Content and topics:

Introduction and basic knowledge of different types of energies, like oil shale, hydroelectric, solar, biogas, wind, nuclear and hydrogen energy - how does the production go, their environmental risks in present and their future meaning to mankind

Learning goals and objectives:

Our goal is to give you an overview of different types of energy based on examples in Estonia . We will give you the theoretical part in lectures and show you the "real" things also by visiting various power plants.

Practical arrangements

All of the following are covered by the event fee:

Lodging:

Participants will be lodged in the student hostel next to the university. When outside of Tallinn in camping or tents.

Meals:

Three meals per day, at least one of them warm, will be provided in the university canteen, restaurants in Tallinn or by self-catering.

Transportation:

Public transportation, taxis, rented buses
