Food Industry Technologies and Nourishment

General description

The objective of this course is to present to the interested persons some aspects about development of food industry technologies and their practical applications. A series of experiments concerning characterization and practical use will complete the theoretical notions.

The course will present theorethical and practical aspects concerning subjects as:

-People and Technology, Technological Systems and People Necessities' System, New Technologies in Food Industry, Processing Technologies and Metalic Materials, Sources of Raw Materials, Natural Nourishment.
