What goes around comes around - Put yourself in the recycling tray: the waste point of view!!
General description
The goal of the course is to learn the right way of recycling things, to make our planet a better place to live.
If you're still confused where to put the milk package or if you want to know a little bit more about co-incineration, the BEST Summer Course in Almada is the place for you! Come and put yourself in the recycling tray!!
Get more involved with recycling and at the same time, enjoy and learn about the portuguese culture. Let's have fun, stretch out in the sun, meet new people and learn a lot more how to make the earth a "greener" place!!

- The topics of the course are indicated below. They intend to give a generic background on recycling and waste management.

Information for applicants
- Selection criteria:
- Motivation letter. We will try to keep the 50% - 50% gender distribution, as well as good nacionality diversity.
Practical arrangements
All of the following are covered by the event fee:
- Lodging:
- We will be staying at the University's Students dorm. During the weekend we will "camp" in a gym, so don't forget your sleeping bags!
- Meals:
- The meals will either be at the Faculty´s canteen or provided by the organizers.
- Transportation:
- All the transportation in the SC activities will be provided by the organizers.
