Behavior models in a company

General description

The objetive of this course is to analyze the different bahavior models of the main parts that intervene in a company: Manager, Diretors, the company's middle management, Base Workers, Clients, Suppliers and Communities.

The student will be able to know the diffent used methods of manipulation, the dangers of each one of them, the consequences, certain aggressive politics with the pesonnel, the suppliers or with the environment.
