Nuclear Physics for Pedestrians

General description

A course about the most important applications of nuclear physics, i.e. nuclear medicine, nuclear weapons and nuclear power, for people without previous background in this field. During the course there will be much group work and study visits, as well as high quality lectures. Participation in this course will give you 1.5 ECTS credits.

Of course you will also have many opportunities to experience the unique atmosphere of a city where 30 % of the people are students. Our goal is to turn these two weeks into something you will remember with a smile for the rest of your life!
