Presidents' Meeting 2008, Bucharest
Between 6th and 12th of November, Bucharest is going to witness one of
the most important meetings of BEST: Presidents' Meeting 2008. It will
bring together 150 members of BEST, sharing their ideas, storming
their brains and setting up their minds to form the future of BEST.
Presidents' Meeting, shortly PM, is the event attended by all
presidents of the Local BEST Groups, international board of BEST,
coordinators and delegates of international teams and
representatives from partner organisations. Important decisions are
made and various subjects are discussed in this meeting, which is
being organised once a year.
The 2008 edition of the PM is hosted by BEST Bucharest. During these 6
days, organisers will provide everything for the participants in order
to concentrate and work on their projects: a large meeting room,
notebooks, internet connection, and of course plenty of coffee and
tea.
The first day of the Presidents' Meeting is the official opening day,
which will take place in the House of People in the city center of
Bucharest. Several companies are partner of the event.ING,
Schlumberger, Opera Software, Adobe, Airbus, Continental, Veolia Water, BRD, Air Liquide, Vestas, GMV, Alcatel Lucent and Whirlpool will all have
the chance to present their career opportunities, collect CVs and
create a close contact with engineering students from all over Europe.
The result of this Presidents' Meeting is a stronger and bigger BEST!
